Lancome La Laque Fever

I have been really bad the last few weeks at not updating my blog; but work has been busy and when I get home I just don't really feel like doing much of anything. I haven't even really been on my computer much. But work has slowed down now so hopefully I will be better about updating.



Anyways this is one of Lancome's newest items. It is a lipstick gloss. It gives you the long wear of a lipstick ( up to 6 hours) and the glossyness of a gloss. It comes in 3 different formulas. The color I got is called 'Electric Pink'. It is a fuchsia color with pink sparkle. The swatches don't do it justice. These are great. They all give amazing color and look great on. It was hard to choose just one. I had to limit myself cuz I really don't need any more gloss, but I think this shade may be limited. It is one of the colors in the spring collection. These are going to be permanent but a few select colors will be limited. I hate when they do that and you find a color you love.

BBR Haul

So I got Home today and there was a package waiting for me! It was my BBR stuff I had ordered online; and I must say I am like really impressed this time with the shipping! I just ordered this stuff on the 10th which was Friday and it's Wednesday today and it's here! Normally it takes 2 business days to process, and Saturday and Sunday don't count, and then another 5 days to ship! This time I got it in 3 days total! Anyways enough rambling here is what I received!

Knight Devine and Pen'n'Pink

Well Dressed Blush and Redhead MSF!!! Well Dressed Blush is a really light pink and since I'm fair to begin with it didn't show up that dark on my hand, but trust me on its a really pretty baby pink and gives the cheeks a really pretty sheen.

Estee Lauder Shadowstick

OK so I have already broke my no buying any cosmetic rule. I seriously can't help myself. But I needed this so I figure it doesn't really count.

I have read and seen a lot of reviews for Mac's shadowstick in Sharkskin and since it's discontinued I wanted to find something close. Well I think I found it! It's Estee Lauder's shad0wstick in Black Pearl, which is more of a darker grey than black but it's amazing with a dark eyeshadow over it!! See the pics below...

It really makes a difference in the eyeshadow color with the shadowstick under it. I love it and can't wait to try it tomorrow!

First stripe is shadowstick color, second stripe is Lancome eyeshadow in Trendy on top of the shadowstick and last stripe is the eyeshadow color by itself.

OMG Another mac haul.....

OK thats it I am so banning myself from shopping. No more makeup till after Hello Kitty comes out. So I had already placed my BBR collection order on the Mac website a few days ago; then my friend invited me to come shopping with her today. The mall we went to which is about an hour away from where we live has a mac store. Before we left I told myself I was only going to go to the Mac counter in the Bay and not the freestanding store as I had a 50 bay card and that way at least it wouldnt seem so bad if I bought a few things cuz I had the giftcard. Well it started out as a good idea but everything I wanted the Bay Mac counter seemed to be out of and they didnt even have the BBR collection so I ended up only buying two things there; which was Well Dressed blush and cremestick lipliner in Pink Treat.

My friend and I then made our way over to the freestanding store...

I got eyeshadows in Knight Devine and Pen'n'Pink (which the MA told me is being discontinued, so I'm glad I was still able to get this)

I also got Teddy kohl eyeline which I have wanted for awhile since I dont have a nice brown eyeline that I really love. I then asked the MA if by chance they still had Feline kohl power eyeline which I have been obsessed with trying to find ever since I have seen reviews on it and seen 'AllThatGlitters21' videos on YouTube using it, but of course they ddint have it. I really really hope they re-release it this year in a collection. Anyways she asked me if I had seen Black Russian, which is a pearlglide eyeliner, and I hadnt so she showed me. It's a really pretty black eyeliner with silver sparkle in it. She told me it had been LE from another collection and they happened to still have some left; so I ended up buying that as well!!

Then I was asking her about the MSF's. I have already purchased the Blonde MSF from the website but my stuff hasnt been shipped out yet. I wanted to know how different the Redhead MSF was from Soft and Gentle. She told me Soft and Gentle is more champagne where the Redhead is more peachy. Then she put some on me and I was totally sold. The Redhead MSF is gorgeous. It made me face glow. I think this may be my new fav MSF, but I will wait to declare this till I get my Blonde MSF.

So that's all for this haul and other than the stuff I ordered online thats it. I'm done till February when Hello Kitty comes out, my wallet can't take anymore!! If anyone wants and swatches or reviews on anything let me know!

J.R. Watkins Hand Repair Moisturizer in Lemon Cream

In the winter my hands get so dry. But a few months ago I found out about this moisturizer from one of my friends. I just love it. It smells wonderful; like lemon meringue pie; and it works great. My hands are left feeling moisturized and not sticky like some hand creams do.

Dame Edna Stickers

I was reading someones blog this morning and they said with the stickers on the Dame Edna lipglosses to go over the sticker with a clear nailpolish to help it stay on. So I just finished doing mine hopefully this helps as I havnt even used them yet and already notice the ends of the stickers peeling off!!

My Skincare Routine!!

So I thought I would do a post on my daily skin care routine. I must say I do use mostly Lancome skincare products. I have been using their stuff since I was 16 and it is what works best for me and my skin. If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment.

#1 Mousse Radiance: This is what I use as my cleanser. I love that it foams up and turns creamy. It leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh.

#2 Tonique Radiance: This helps to exfoliate the skin and sweep away any dead skin cells and any impurities on the skin.

#3 Primordiale Skin Recharge: This is my antioxidant serum. It helps with the first signs of aging leaving the skin feeling smoother and looking more radiant.

#4 Clinique's All About Eyes: This is one of the few things that I use from Clinique. It helps with puffiness and dark circles as well as it moisturises.

#5 Primordiale Day and Night: Helps to protect the skin against the first signs of again. Has an spf 15; leaves skin feeling smoother and looking radiant.

My New Love

I ran out of my old lancome teint idole foundation and decided I wanted to get the new one instead!! It is amazing!! It is more for normal to dry skin as it is not oil free. It is described as light-mastering and line smoothing with spf 15. I love the way this looks on the skin. My skin looks flawless and feels great. I do wear lancomes new La Base Pro under this as well which is another product I adore; I like La Base Pro even more than the smashbox primer which I found left my forehead feeling oily sometimes.

MAC HAUL!!!!

So I just got home from work and what do I see; a mac box sitting on my living room table!! I was so excited I have been waiting forever to get my Dame Edna stuff! I ordered it on Dec.23 and it just got here today!! Oh well I'm just glad its finally in my possession and I just love the colors of the lipgloss!!!

The packaging is so pretty, purple and sparkly!!

6 Favorite Lip products!

I saw this tag on youtube awhile back but I still wanna post it anyways!!!


I first wanna start off by saying i love lipgloss, and I cant really say if this are the ones I really really love (I swear I have over 50 lipglosses) these are just the ones that are in my purse right now that i tend to use the most right now! It will probably change by next month, but oh well!!

So in no particular order these are my top 6 right now!

#1 Burts Bee in cranberry: My sister introduced me to burts bees last year and i love this lip product! I put it on every night before I go to bed and it helps make my lips feel soft and smooth.

#2 Soft Lips in strawberry: I think I first heard of this lip product from Pinkiecharm a guru on youtube, and now I cant live without it. I keep one by my computer and another I keep in my purse

#3 Smashbox O-gloss: This is another product that I found watching youtube videos though I cant remember who it was exactly. I love the fact that this is a different shade of pink on everyone as well as it feels really smooth on, not sticky at all.

#4 Mac plushglass in Posh it Up: This was the first Mac lipgloss I ever purchased so it will always have a place! This was the one that started my addiction hehe.

#5 Nars Orgasm: Need I say more, I think most girls already have this in their collection.

#6 Macs lipstick in Angel: I only purchased this a few weeks ago but it has fastly gained a spot in my top favorites. I think this may be my HG lipstick. I really don't like lipstick I'm much more a lipgloss girl but I LOVE this color, and I will definitely purchase again. I'm already thinking I should buy a backup cause I would hate to run out.

My holiday haul!!

I picked up a few goodies over the last few weeks!!! I just havnt had time to do much posting as I have been busy with the holidays and family!

The first thing I got was these two LE lustreglasses. I ordered them off of the Mac webpage. I cant remember which collection they were from. I think it was the naughty nautical collection.

The next thing I purchased also online was the mac tinted lip conditioner in petting pink. I like the way this feels on the lips, though the smell is a bit overpowering. Its a very very sweet smell; stronger than the normal lipglass.

During the holidays my husband and i went to visit his family! Since I dont have a Mac store close to us while we were there visting his family I stopped by the Mac store and picked up a few items than were on my wish list.

I really really wanted to get Feline eye kohl power pencil; but since it was LE and i totally missed out on getting it! So i settled for the next best thing, Macs eye kohl in Smolder. I really like how smooth this goes on and its really black. The only thing is it does smudge a bit throughout the day but it doesnt really bother me that much.

The next thing i got was an LE eyeshadow in Glamour Check from the starflash collection. I havnt used this yet but it is a really pretty brownish red color. Sorry the picture quality isnt the best.


The next thing I got I have been wanting for awhile after hearing a lot of good reviews on it; and that is Angel lipstick. I'm not very fond of lipsticks usually I'm very much a lipgloss girl but I LOVE this color. Its a really pretty pale pink.

The next thing I got was the LE color love knot lustreglass (left side) and Flusterose lustreglass(right side)!! I really seem to have a lot of lustreglasses!!



I then got my 1st 15 slot pallet. I have a lot of eyeshadows in pots and a few quads but i hadnt yet bought a pallet. So i also bought a few colors to go in it.

Row 1: Brule, saddle, wedge, satin taupe and sketch

I also got springsheen blush which looks a lot like my peechykeen blush; but it was a bit more gold in it.

I also got Macs 222 blending brush for the crease! This is a must have brush, I love it!

The last thing I hot was Dior Addict lipgloss in 157in Jersey Pink
